In 1963 Falcone Francesco and his wife Maria opened their shop in Piazza in Piscinucula, 42 in Rome. It began as a ice cream bar with a large veranda that overlooked the heart of Trastevere district. With their commitment and their love for this work, in a short time began to expand. The activity then moved to the Termini area in Rome and then was carried by his son and later by his nephew Francesco and Alessandro.
